Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sensory tags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned clothing, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
